Two floors of coworking at Office Nomads is awesome!
We’re having a great time getting to know our new first floor space, and are loving it more and more each day. If you haven’t come by to check it out, you should – we’re open M-F from 8:30-6 as usual. We’re always happy to give you a quick tour of the space and answer all of your coworking questions. In fact, we have a whole new team of Community Cultivators on hand who are there to help you get acquainted with all the goings-on in the space (we’ll tell you more about them soon – I promise!).
Specifically, if you are interested in becoming a Resident, you can take advantage of the opportunity to pay 6-months in advance and receive a little discount. Drop by and chat us up and we’d be more than happy to tell you all about it.
November 1: Office Nomads turns 5
We are throwing a big Open House event on November 1st and we want you to be there! Please join us in celebrating 5 amazing years of coworking on Capitol Hill, our newly expanded space, and the fabulous team that makes Office Nomads work so well. This time three years ago, Jacob and I were nervously working through the process of negotiating a great lease for our space here on Boylston Ave. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. All we had was a great idea, some fantastic friends to help us realize it, and finally, 5000 square feet to try and make it happen.
Three years later, we couldn’t be more excited about all that has happened at Office Nomads. Since that first day, more than 500 people have come through our doors – some staying for just a day, while others have been here nearly every day since we opened. We’ve seen new businesses hatched, clients wooed, friendships forged, and yoga habits begun. It has been an incredible journey thus far, and we are encouraged and bolstered by the energy and excitement that comes from our space each day. It is a dream come true.

Come one! Come All! Office Nomads is celebrating its six-month anniversary tomorrow, May
30 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with an open house at the space (1617 Boylston Ave. on Capitol Hill). It’s sure to be a rocking good time with food provided by Elemental Catering, free beer, give-aways of passes for free days of working in the space and of course, tons
of great coworkers that you know and love. Or will know and love after the party.
It’s hard to believe it’s been six months already. So much has changed, but somehow, it still feels like just yesterday when I met Jacob at a Halloween party and he told me all about coworking. Looking around the space though, it’s easy to see how long it’s been and how much has happened here. You should come down and check it out.
