How it works
Our pricing structure is designed to keep things simple, and to allow you to focus on getting your work done. We don’t want you to think about how many pages you printed or how many cups of coffee you drank. Sit back, relax, and hop to it. With that in mind, all Office Nomads members have access to the full scope of our Capitol Hill office space.
This includes:
- High-speed 10Mbps internet access
- Wireless (wifi) or wired networking
- Use of three conference rooms
- Basic print/fax/scan
- Coffee/tea
- Free notary services (yup, Susan is all certified now)
- Great company!
Sounds interesting, huh? So how much does it cost? Well, it depends on what you need. Here are our membership options:
Daily Drop-in - $25/day
You have a flexible work schedule and only need to sit down at a desk or need office space a few days a month to meet with clients and interact with society a bit. Just sign in when you arrive at Office Nomads, use the space anytime between 8:30 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday, and we’ll bill you twice throughout the month. Simple. Easy.
Regular Member - $375/month
Finding yourself dropping in more often? Want the savings that come with monthly membership but don’t need to come to the office on nights and weekends? Become a Regular Member and save some cash. There’s no need to sign in or put down a deposit, just grab a desk for the day and get to work. We’ll bill you monthly and you’ll get full access to the space Monday-Friday between 8:30 AM and 6 PM.
Want to bring in someone to collaborate with for the day? Another benefit of being a Regular Member is bringing in coworkers at a discounted rate of $20/day. Sweet deal!
Resident Member - $475/month + deposit
Want to get rid of your home office and let your home just be your home again? All done with that commute and can get your employer to spring for office space? Do you sometimes do your best work at 2 in the morning? Our Resident rate is the option for you. Come and go as you please (yep, that’s 24/7 access with keycard) and set yourself up at your own dedicated desk. Bring your framed photos, bobble-head dolls and get settled in - you’re a Resident.
Want to bring in coworkers to collaborate with? Resident membership includes 5 free drop-in passes per month and after that coworkers are just $20/day. You will be billed monthly and can have your collaborators billed to your account as well.
FAQ
Still have questions? The best way to really understand is to come in and see the space. You can try the space out for one day free of charge to experience the office first hand and the first Monday of every month is free for all drop-ins. As if that’s not a warm enough invitation, we sometimes bring in a woman who does chair massage.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Nope, just come on in.
Can I just come to use a conference room?
Sure thing! In fact, stay for the whole day if you’d like. For $25/person/day, you can use up to 2 hours in one of our conference rooms (pending availability of course), and as you’ve paid the drop-in rate, everyone can hang out here and write up those meetings notes when you’ve finished.
How will I be billed?
Monthly members are billed on their anniversary date each month. Drop-ins are billed twice monthly. You can pay via credit card, check, cash, or automatic withdrawal.
Do I need to bring my computer? Phone?
Yes and yes. Monthly members can have phone service connected to their desk and we have a variety of options available.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely.
Are you the only game in town?
Not by far! There are a
number of spaces in and around Seattle and each one has it’s own unique style and structure.
How do I keep up with all the exciting things going on at Office Nomads?
Is it “co-working” or “coworking”?
It’s coworking. Co-working is simply the act of working together where coworking is a new way of working. The international
coworking movement has exploded in the past few years and we are happy to align ourselves with some truly amazing people.
